Open Position: Mfg/Supply Chain Lean Leader
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Work closely with?Mfg/Supply Chain cross Asia in analyzing Mfg/Supply Chain data, establishing & monitoring key Mfg/Supply Chain metrics;
- Identify Mfg/Supply Chain improvement opportunities that align with key business priorities;
- Lead, drive and implement Mfg/Supply Chain six sigma/lean projects to improve Mfg/Supply Chain effectiveness;
- Conduct Mfg/Supply Chain six sigma project review with key stakeholders on project execution, project control plan and validate results;
- Deliver six sigma training internally and coach team members in using six sigma tools and methodologies;
- Drive best practices sharing within team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Management;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in project management related fields, prefer with rich knowledge in Mfg/Supply Chain operation and process;
- Ability to work effectively internally across teams;
- Proven project management, facilitating and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in the application of six sigma tools;
- High energy and passion for quality and continuous improvement;
- Committed, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to execute;
- Fluent in verbal & written English & Chinese.
